Peter Walker (BOptom, Cert.Oc.Pharm) is an optometrist based at Rose Optometry in Hamilton, New Zealand.
He has been fitting contact lenses for keratoconus and other challenging eye conditions since 1995, initially under the expert tuition of Paul Rose (inventor of the Rose K lens system for keratoconus).
Peter now spends the majority of his time in practice managing patients with keratoconus and other difficult contact lens cases, and has often presents at optometry conferences regarding management of these conditions.
Oh yeah, and he likes fishing. :)
This wee fishie is from Minerva Reef - a reef system south of Fiji and Tonga which is currently the centre of territorial dispute between the 2 nations.
